In my experience, the site just didn’t feel all that trustworthy, and when I reached out to support, I never really felt like I got clear answers to my questions. Maybe others had a better time, but I personally wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again.

I ended up canceling my order and did get my refund, but it took a few days longer than they originally told me. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the refund process felt a bit slow. Support was fine overall, just not as quick to respond as I would’ve liked.

They did get back to me, but it sorta took longer than I was expecting.

I used greathouse.com for a home project it went better than I thought it would. I’m not the most patient person when sites are confusing or slow, but this one was easy enough to get through and I found what I needed without getting annoyed.
